E-Commerce Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving direct digital bookings, maximizing online channel conversion, and optimizing the hotel’s overall online distribution footprint. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Management, you will bridge digital marketing execution with yield strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Direct channel optimization: manage and continuously improve the hotel’s brand website and booking engine to boost conversion rates and average order value through A/B testing, UX enhancements and performance audits.
• Revenue‑driven digital marketing execution: allocate and manage paid search, SEO, metasearch and retargeting campaigns, and coordinate email automation to support real‑time revenue tactics.
• OTA merchandising & third‑party distribution: audit and optimise listings on major OTAs and metasearch sites, ensure rate parity, content accuracy and leverage merchandising tools during low‑demand periods.
• Analytics, tracking & reporting: monitor digital performance, ROAS, acquisition cost and channel share using GA4 and revenue systems, and present insights to revenue and sales teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, E‑Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality e‑commerce, digital marketing or online distribution.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Central Reservation System (CRS) and Property Management System (PMS).
• Channel Manager platforms.
• Meta‑search platforms and Google Ads dashboard.
• Content Management Systems (CMS) and OTA extranets such as Expedia Partner Central and Booking.com Partner Hub.
