About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for an HSE Officer (Offshore) to monitor offshore activities and ensure they comply with HSE procedures, client standards and regulatory requirements. The role covers safety controls, incident investigation and safety awareness on offshore operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, risk assessments and job hazard analyses before work begins.
- Verify Permit to Work, gas testing, isolations and other required safety controls.
- Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and prepare corrective action reports.
- Coordinate emergency drills, evacuation procedures and offshore safety awareness activities.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, training documents and daily safety performance updates.
Required profile
- At least 4-6 years of offshore experience in the Oil & Gas / LNG sector.
- PTW QELNG approved, with strong knowledge of PTW systems and offshore safety compliance.
- Valid TBOSIET, H2S and OMF certifications.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, IGC or equivalent HSE certification.
