IT Business Analyst – IT/OT

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst – IT/OT to support plant operations systems, acting as the bridge between information technology and operational technology environments. The role focuses on maintaining Honeywell and Baker Hughes applications, analysing user requirements, and ensuring high system availability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell PIMS, AMS, and Baker Hughes systems.
• Design, modify, and support .NET‑based applications, web services, and interfaces.
• Identify root causes of system malfunctions and coordinate resolutions with IT teams and external vendors.
• Perform unit and regression testing, prepare guidelines, and produce user‑friendly documentation.
• Collaborate closely with plant productivity, automation, and IT teams to improve overall system performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of direct experience with IT plant operations systems.
• 3–5 years of professional .NET programming experience (C#, ASP.NET).
• Hands‑on experience with Honeywell and Baker Hughes applications.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
