IT Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the delivery of technology initiatives. The role involves tracking project progress, ensuring scope, timelines and deliverables are met, and providing day‑to‑day assistance to senior project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project status and maintain accurate documentation such as plans, status reports, and logs.
• Prepare and deliver regular management reports, executive summaries, presentations and dashboards.
• Write procedures and develop training materials for new systems; conduct training sessions.
• Assist senior project managers with daily activities and manage small‑scale projects.
• Contribute to process improvement and standardisation within the Projects Department.

Required profile

• Experience with Planview or JIRA for project tracking (preferred).
• Background in Quality Assurance testing, including test‑script creation, execution, bug reporting and vendor coordination.
• High‑level understanding of demand management, resource and capacity planning.
• Strong Excel proficiency, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to produce clear documentation, reports and training content.
