Marketing Specialist (Qatari Nationals)

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support the Regional Marketing Manager in designing, planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies and communications for the assigned region. This role contributes directly to regional revenue targets by driving marketing initiatives for existing and new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement regional marketing strategies to achieve revenue budgets and KPI targets.
• Guide in‑market teams in planning and delivering campaigns, brand and retail initiatives, media relations and sales literature.
• Ensure compliance with commercial strategy, budget adherence and timely support to wider teams.
• Oversee creation, execution and measurement of comprehensive marketing and communications programmes.
• Manage relationships with outsourced agencies such as media buying, creative, PR, events and social.
• Monitor brand perception, competitor activity and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Lead pan‑regional projects including product launches, sponsorships and special events.
• Drive marketing initiatives for the Privilege Club loyalty programme across the region.
• Source and share market research and insights to improve campaign quality.

Required profile

• Qatari national.
• Proven experience in regional marketing or communications.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage external agencies.
