OCN/LN Monitor (Escort)

About the role

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) is responsible for safely escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel and their vehicles into secured work areas overseas. You will track entry and exit, ensure compliance with base regulations, and maintain situational awareness throughout the assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Escort LN/OCN personnel from entry facilities to work zones and back, maintaining continuous visual contact.
• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, count personnel and vehicles before and after work.
• Brief escorted personnel on base rules, prohibited items, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Force Protection teams to purge work zones before release.
• Report unsafe conditions to Project/Site Manager and Safety staff promptly.
• Maintain alertness for suspicious behavior and notify appropriate authorities.
• Provide emergency shelter or evacuation assistance if required.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a valid Residency Visa in the host nation.
• Valid U.S. passport (preferred) and a clean U.S. driver’s license.
• Eligibility to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy requirements.
• Willingness to deploy 100% overseas and work in extreme environmental conditions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI/Public Trust security clearance.
