OCN/LN Monitor (Escort)

About the role

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) is responsible for safely escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel into work zones, monitoring their activities, and ensuring compliance with security protocols throughout the assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Escort un‑cleared LN/OCN personnel and vehicles into designated areas and maintain continuous visual contact.
• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, count personnel before and after work, and report numbers to the appropriate staff.
• Brief escorted personnel on base rules, prohibited items, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Force Protection teams to purge work zones and verify that all LN/OCNs have exited safely.
• Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff of unsafe conditions or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and be prepared to respond to emergencies, including evacuations to protective shelters.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to meet USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements.
• Valid U.S. passport (preferred) and a clean U.S. driver’s license.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a residency visa in the host nation.
• Willingness to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust, high temperatures, and long hours.
• 100% overseas deployment with travel required.
• Ability to obtain a NACI/Public Trust security clearance.
