About the role
Join the distinguished Raffles & Fairmont Doha team as a Safety Officer, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and well‑being across two luxury hotel properties. You will act as a trusted guardian for guests and colleagues, ensuring a secure environment that reflects the elegance and world‑class service of the brands.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections throughout the properties.
- Monitor and maintain safety systems, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and surveillance equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to address safety concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present safety reports to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in safety or security roles, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar safety legislation and industry best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough inspections.
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and external authorities.
