OCN/LN Monitor Escort

About the role

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) is responsible for safely escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel into work zones, monitoring them throughout their tasks, and ensuring compliance with base security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Escort LN/OCN personnel from entry points to work sites and back, maintaining continuous visual contact.
• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, count personnel and vehicles before and after work, and report numbers to the appropriate staff.
• Brief escorted personnel on base rules, prohibited items, and safety procedures.
• Prevent the introduction of contraband, weapons, or drugs onto the base.
• Maintain situational awareness, alert security or safety staff to unsafe conditions, and respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate with Project/Site Managers and Safety staff regarding any hazards or incidents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a valid Residency Visa in the host nation.
• Valid U.S. passport (preferred) and a clean U.S. driver’s license.
• Eligibility to meet all current USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements.
• Willingness to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust, high temperatures, and long hours.
• 100% overseas deployment travel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI/Public Trust security clearance.
