About the role
This full‑time, on‑site Office Manager position in Doha will ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative activities, support staff and clients, and maintain an efficient, professional workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments and organise travel arrangements and company events.
- Supervise administrative staff, monitor productivity and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, correspondence and internal communications.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, invoice processing and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and workplace standards.
- Assist HR functions such as onboarding, attendance and leave tracking.
- Prepare reports, presentations and operational updates for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as an executive assistant or secretary supporting C‑level leadership.
- Background in fast‑paced environments such as exhibitions, events, consulting, corporate services or government coordination is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Google Drive.
- Experience with task‑management tools such as Trello or Asana.
