About the role

The Certification Coordinator will act as the central hub for coordinating global initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across geographically dispersed teams. This role supports the organization’s worldwide operations by managing communication, tracking progress, and removing obstacles.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and tracking systems for global initiatives.
  • Organise and facilitate regular meetings, teleconferences, and video conferences with international teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional managers, functional leads, and executive leadership.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks, dependencies, and issues affecting project delivery.
  • Coordinate the flow of information, documents, and resources across different time zones.
  • Provide regular status updates, performance metrics, and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Support implementation of global policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with regional and functional teams to ensure consistent processes, tools, and data worldwide.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to global strategies and plans.
  • Participate in planning and execution of global events, conferences, and training programmes.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global coordination, project management, or operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse, worldwide audiences.
  • Strong organisational, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural, geographically dispersed environments.
  • Knowledge of global business practices, cultural differences, and time‑zone management.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with collaboration tools.
  • Experience using project management software.
  • Ability to work with data analysis tools.
