About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a welder for an offshore position in Qatar. The welder carries out pipe, structural and fabrication welding work on projects, following approved welding procedures and offshore safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform welding works according to approved WPS and project requirements.
- Carry out pipe, structural and fabrication welding activities.
- Prepare joints, clean weld areas and ensure proper weld quality.
- Use welding machines, tools and consumables safely.
- Follow offshore HSE standards and safe work procedures.
Required profile
- Relevant offshore experience as a welder.
- Ability to read basic drawings and follow welding procedures.
- Valid welding certification preferred; offshore certificates such as T-BOSIET, H2S and OMF are required.
- Available to join immediately.
