People Technology Manager – Implementation Team

About the role

Agoda is seeking a People Technology Manager to lead the Implementation Team within its Global Service Delivery (GSD) People Technology group. Based in Bangkok, you will drive the transformation of HR technology, overseeing Workday modules and integrating complementary tools such as Zendesk and Greenhouse.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technical roadmap for Agoda’s HR Tech transformation in partnership with the People Tech PMO Manager.
• Assess current Workday configurations, identify improvement opportunities, and reduce technical debt.
• Lead a team of subject‑matter experts to implement, enhance, and revamp Workday capabilities, including Workday Journeys and AI agent solutions.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to design hybrid solutions for emerging HR tech use cases.
• Shape governance processes for application management, change requests, and project implementation best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading functional Workday teams or similar HR technology implementations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate module design and present strategic recommendations to senior leaders.
• Excellent communication skills to work across global People and Technology stakeholders.
