Procurement & Logistics Manager – Offshore Projects

About the role

The Procurement & Logistics Manager / Officer is responsible for ensuring that offshore and engineering projects receive the right materials, equipment, and services on time and within budget. This role coordinates the full procurement cycle and logistics flow, supporting project schedules in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for offshore and marine projects.
• Source materials, equipment, and services from approved suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Handle shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and logistics tracking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse operations.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams to meet procurement deadlines.
• Ensure procurement and logistics processes are efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement and logistics operations.
• Prior experience in offshore, marine, oil & gas, engineering, or contracting industries is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of shipping procedures and supply chain management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
