3PL Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Manager to lead our third‑party logistics warehouse operations. You will ensure efficient inventory management, optimize performance, and uphold high service standards across all storage and distribution activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily 3PL warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound distribution.
• Coordinate with third‑party logistics providers, transportation partners, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee seamless supply‑chain flow and on‑time deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual SLAs.
• Lead and support warehouse staff through guidance, performance management, and training.
• Investigate and resolve issues such as inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, damages, and customer concerns.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation, inventory records, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics management, or 3PL environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control processes, and distribution operations.
• Proven experience managing 3PL providers, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements in warehouse and logistics settings.
