About the role

Oasis Cars Company, a leading car dealership in Doha, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will guide customers from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery, ensuring their needs are met with the right automotive solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
  • Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and related documentation.
  • Explain vehicle features, financing options, and after‑sales services.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, and Delivery teams for a smooth process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Build long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and customer service abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Valid driving licence preferred.
  • Knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance and automotive products is an advantage.
