Senior Visual Commercial – Retail Visual Merchandising

About the role

The Senior Visual Commercial supports commercial activities within the store, ensuring that product displays meet the highest standards and that customers receive excellent service. The role also covers acting as the department manager when required.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints promptly, offering solutions or escalating as needed.
• Process orders efficiently and remove workflow blockers.
• Organise commercial activities in coordination with departmental managers and ensure adequate staffing.
• Control and monitor the sales budget, drive sales, generate reports, propose action plans and execute merchandising tasks such as changing mannequins, updating prices, posters and pictures.
• Greet customers and ensure timely service by shop staff in line with quality standards.
• Assist with product placement to optimise stock management and product availability.
• Communicate sales plans and targets to the team, monitor performance and suggest corrective actions.
• Provide training and development support to maximise sales performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in retail or a similar role.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with shop/stock management tools.
