About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to shape and execute our sales strategy across Qatar. The role will drive revenue growth, acquire enterprise customers, and enhance commercial performance for a portfolio that includes data centres, ICT, telecom infrastructure, cloud, AI, managed services and digital transformation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead enterprise customer acquisition and manage strategic accounts.
- Oversee sales pipeline, forecasting and commercial performance metrics.
- Manage tendering processes, proposal reviews and commercial negotiations.
- Gather market intelligence and position the company competitively.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- 12‑15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or commercial leadership.
- At least 5 years in a senior sales management role.
- Strong experience in the GCC market with proven enterprise account management.
