About the role
Join Nestlé, the world’s largest Food and Beverage company, as an Associate Manager – Sales in Doha. You will drive growth of our beverage portfolio across workplace channels, ensuring consistent availability and accelerating consumption of hot and cold drinks.
Key responsibilities
- Grow the beverage portfolio and increase market share in priority channels such as facility management, offices, catering, hotels and key accounts.
- Execute annual commercial plans aligned with Nestlé’s growth strategy and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and volume targets while managing strategic customer relationships.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts and promotions, and develop joint business plans with key accounts.
- Provide ROI‑based proposals, support new product launches, and track KPIs including volume, revenue, distribution and machine productivity.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and execute trade‑asset placement plans in the workplace.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in Qatar, preferably in the out‑of‑home environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting top‑line KPIs and managing key accounts.
- Valid driving licence.
