About the Role
Join a leading management solutions firm in Doha as a Business Development Specialist dedicated to the automotive sector. We are looking for a high-performing professional to drive strategic growth, expand dealership networks, and capture significant market share in fleet and corporate sales.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, fleet clients, and strategic partners.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, including dealership expansion and new brand introductions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research on industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving customer needs.
- Prepare professional business proposals, lead contract negotiations, and close high-value deals.
- Support sales teams in securing high-value fleet and corporate agreements.
- Monitor pricing strategies to ensure a competitive market position.
- Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Track KPIs, sales pipelines, and conversion rates to optimize performance.
- Provide detailed reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, After-sales) for seamless execution.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the automotive industry.
- Mandatory: Chinese nationality and fluency in Chinese/Mandarin.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, fleet sales, and automotive product lifecycles.
- Previous experience in the Middle East market is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
