About the Role

Join a leading management solutions firm in Doha as a Business Development Specialist dedicated to the automotive sector. We are looking for a high-performing professional to drive strategic growth, expand dealership networks, and capture significant market share in fleet and corporate sales.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, fleet clients, and strategic partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, including dealership expansion and new brand introductions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research on industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving customer needs.
  • Prepare professional business proposals, lead contract negotiations, and close high-value deals.
  • Support sales teams in securing high-value fleet and corporate agreements.
  • Monitor pricing strategies to ensure a competitive market position.
  • Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Track KPIs, sales pipelines, and conversion rates to optimize performance.
  • Provide detailed reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, After-sales) for seamless execution.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the automotive industry.
  • Mandatory: Chinese nationality and fluency in Chinese/Mandarin.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, fleet sales, and automotive product lifecycles.
  • Previous experience in the Middle East market is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
