About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Cost Controller to oversee cost management across all F&B outlets. You will ensure accurate pricing, inventory control, and financial reporting to support the group’s commitment to operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Compare quoted prices with invoice prices and verify F&B invoices on a selective basis.
- Code and total invoices daily, ensuring proper requisition accounting.
- Maintain daily cost percentages for food, beverage, and liquor storeroom inventory.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to track high‑cost items and reconcile cost deviations monthly.
- Update menu costs quarterly and prepare preliminary cost reports.
- Supervise physical inventories, perform closing duties, and manage month‑end cost postings.
- Check daily merchandise receipts for weight, trim, and count specifications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Cost Controller in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, F&B controls, and inventory management.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
