Chef de Rang – Fine Dining Service

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang to join LPM Restaurant and Bar in Doha. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service in a high‑end dining environment, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high‑standard service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Manage a designated section of the restaurant, coordinating with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Advise guests on menu selections and wine pairings, highlighting French and Mediterranean dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waitress or similar role in a high‑end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work calmly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; French language knowledge is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
