Senior Manager, Sales & Business Development – Visa Direct

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager to lead sales and business development for Visa Direct across Kuwait and Qatar. The role will drive cross‑border sales acceleration, focusing on banks, fintechs and exchange houses, and will build a new ecosystem for fund transfers to cards, accounts and wallets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for Visa Direct within the assigned territory.
• Generate and manage a multi‑million sales pipeline, prospecting new leads and nurturing existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with local product and country managers to develop go‑to‑market strategies and value propositions.
• Work with Visa’s product, marketing and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of client solutions.
• Cross‑sell Visa Direct solutions to existing Visa clients and partner enablers.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales and business development within banking or payments.
• Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience driving revenue growth in fast‑paced, agile environments.
• Ability to work proactively with internal and external partners.
