Supervisor/Lead – Transient Aircraft Services (Secret Clearance)

About the role

The Supervisor/Lead provides frontline leadership for Southwest Asia Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations, ensuring safe, efficient aircraft arrivals, turn‑arounds and departures in a high‑tempo, 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a ZERO‑Harm workplace by enforcing flight‑line safety standards, FOD prevention, tool control and PPE usage.
• Supervise TAS personnel during assigned shifts, ensuring safe and efficient aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn‑around and departure.
• Coordinate daily tasking, assign work, monitor execution and resolve operational challenges affecting aircraft flow.
• Schedule and manage shift coverage to sustain 24/7/365 service levels, including surge and short‑notice missions.
• Inspect and audit work in‑process and completed to verify compliance with the Performance Work Statement, Technical Orders and airfield procedures, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor performance trends, identify operational risks and escalate issues to the Site Manager while implementing immediate corrective actions.

Required profile

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Proven supervisory experience in flight‑line or aircraft ground‑handling environments.
• Ability to work assigned shifts in a high‑tempo, austere Southwest Asia installation.
• Strong knowledge of airfield safety standards, environmental, safety and quality‑assurance requirements.
