Supply Chain Data Coordinator

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Doha supports the e‑commerce and inventory teams by organising product and shipment data received from suppliers. The Supply Chain Data Coordinator ensures that all incoming product information is accurately recorded and that shipment tracking is kept up‑to‑date as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supplier shipment updates and incoming product information.
• Organise and maintain accurate product data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prepare and share product lists with inventory and e‑commerce teams.
• Track shipment status and keep shipment records current.
• Ensure all incoming products are properly documented and structured.
• Support management with operational reporting and updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or e‑commerce (preferred).
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Residency in Qatar and immediate availability to start.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
