Technical Implementation Coordinator

About the role

Ericsson is looking for a Technical Implementation Coordinator in Doha, Qatar, to take charge of all implementation services. The role covers defining and managing project scope, overseeing time and resource planning, and ensuring effective reporting. It also supports commercial engagements and ensures compliance with group directives, legal and financial standards, and environmental, occupational health and safety, data privacy and security requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope and manage the workforce to deliver first-time-right performance.
• Oversee financial performance for rollout phases within budget.
• Drive change management and identify improvements through continuous measurement.
• Ensure adherence to processes, regulations and tools, taking corrective action when needed.
• Set up and oversee acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor the invoicing life cycle during implementation to secure optimal financial performance.
• Report progress and deviations, feeding into workforce and cost management.
• Assure the quality of implementation work and adherence to Ericsson and customer standards.

Required profile

• Dynamic and motivated individual with a business understanding of service delivery.
• Ability to communicate and present effectively and manage stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Ericsson portfolio and program/project finance management.
