About the role
Wings Technical Services is urgently hiring for an ELV commissioning project in Ras Laffan, Qatar. There are three vacancies for ELV Commissioning Engineers and six for Pre-Commissioning Technicians. The contract lasts 3 months and local candidates with a valid QID are required; immediate joiners are preferred.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of ELV testing and commissioning experience
- Hands-on commissioning of CCTV, access control and PAVA systems
- Testing, commissioning and punch-list closure experience
- Qatar project experience preferred
- Available for a full 3-month assignment
- Currently in Qatar, with a valid QID (mandatory)
- Local candidates only
Required skills
- CCTV, access control (ACS) and PAVA commissioning
- Fiber optic termination, OTDR and power-meter testing
- Cat6/Cat6A testing with Fluke DSX or equivalent
- Cisco switches, VLANs, IP addressing, PoE and basic configuration
