Testing & Commissioning Foreman

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Testing & Commissioning Foreman to lead the commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on high‑profile projects in the UAE. You will ensure that all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily commissioning activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low‑voltage systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and commissioning agents to execute commissioning plans.
• Review technical documents, drawings, and specifications for compliance during installation and commissioning.
• Prepare and maintain commissioning schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
• Conduct system tests, inspections, and troubleshooting, resolving any deficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, codes, and standards.
• Lead and supervise commissioning technicians and trades on site.
• Support final handover procedures, including O&M manuals, training sessions, and client demonstrations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP commissioning, preferably in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of commissioning processes and safety standards.
• Proven leadership and team‑supervision abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE.
