Total Rewards & Policy Specialist

About the role

The Total Rewards & Policy Specialist will support Qatar Fabrication Company (QFAB) in maintaining up‑to‑date HR policies and delivering a competitive, transparent rewards strategy. The role works closely with the Head of Rewards & Organizational Development and other HR sections to ensure alignment with best practices and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating all HR policies and procedures in coordination with HR sections.
• Advise managers and employees on the interpretation and consistent application of QFAB’s policies.
• Assist in designing and implementing rewards strategies, structures, and policies.
• Benchmark and recommend adjustments to rewards schemes to ensure equity and competitiveness.
• Conduct job evaluations for new titles, maintain grading structures, and update pay scales.
• Collaborate on salary surveys and benchmarking against regional organizations.
• Support compensation and benefits administration, including handling queries, resolving escalated cases, and providing guidance on incentive programs.
• Liaise with Learning and Development to apply performance‑management outcomes to merit increments, bonuses, promotions, and salary adjustments.

Required profile

• Experience in HR policy development and implementation.
• Knowledge of total rewards design, benchmarking, and job evaluation techniques.
• Ability to advise managers and employees on policy and rewards interpretation.
• Strong analytical skills for compensation studies and salary surveys.
