Utility Tunnel Manager – Facility Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Utility Tunnel Manager (Facility Manager) to lead the operation and maintenance of a major utility tunnel infrastructure. The role combines hands‑on technical oversight with strategic leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of utility tunnel systems.
• Ensure efficient maintenance while strictly adhering to safety standards.
• Lead, coach and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve performance targets.
• Drive reliability, continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Hands‑on experience in tunnel projects, preferably utility tunnels.
• Strong background in operation and maintenance (O&M) of similar infrastructure projects.
