About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Welding Foreman for an offshore position in Qatar. The foreman supervises welding work according to project specifications and approved procedures, working with welders, fitters, inspectors and site supervisors.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise welding activities as per project specifications and approved procedures.
- Coordinate with welders, fitters, inspectors and site supervisors.
- Ensure welding work follows WPS, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Monitor manpower, welding consumables, tools and daily work progress.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and offshore HSE compliance.
Required profile
- Relevant offshore experience as Welding Foreman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, WPS and fabrication works.
- Ability to read drawings and guide welding teams.
- Offshore certificates such as T-BOSIET, H2S and OMF.
- Available to join immediately.
