Account Manager - Restaurant Partners

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Account Manager in Qatar. You will manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners, acting as their main point of contact to help them optimise their presence on the platform, grow their sales and stay satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners, keeping them satisfied and retained through proactive communication and support.
• Analyse sales, operational and engagement data to find improvements in menu performance, pricing, promotions and delivery logistics, and share recommendations to drive revenue and efficiency.
• Hold regular business reviews to agree on results, opportunities and growth plans.
• Identify growth opportunities such as upselling services, cross-promotions and content optimisation (menu structure, images, delivery times).
• Recommend and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional offers to increase order volume.
• Work with Marketing, Logistics and Operations teams to resolve partner issues quickly and support onboarding and campaign execution.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements and ensure partners meet service-level agreements, including delivery quality and availability.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales or partner success; food tech, FMCG or e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Native Arabic speaker.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data dashboards.
• Excel and Google Sheets for analysing performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
