Accounting Manager – Qatar Region

About the role

DEDIENNE AEROSPACE is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the finance and accounting functions for its Qatar operations. The role reports to the Group CFO and Accounting Director and supports senior management with accurate financial information and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and group reporting standards.
• Ensure timely month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks and government authorities.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide financial performance insights.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and liquidity requirements.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, corporate governance policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Several years of experience in accounting management, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast‑paced setting.
