Ad Specialist - Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Ad Specialist - Arabic Speaker is a full-time hybrid position based in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role covers planning, launching and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across social and online platforms, focused on Arabic-language audiences, and ensures campaigns meet client objectives and deliver strong ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, ad copy creation and performance tracking
• Analyze daily metrics and reports, and recommend optimization strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams and influencers
• Support the development of media plans and contribute ideas for creative assets
• Help refine targeting strategies for the regional market
• Stay up to date with trends in digital advertising and social media

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in digital advertising campaign management, including planning, setup, optimization and performance reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Previous experience in media agencies, online advertising or social media marketing within the MENA region is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Doha, managing time and priorities between office and remote work

Required skills

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, using ad platform dashboards and analytics tools
• Excellent Arabic and English communication, especially in writing and reviewing ad copy and campaign messaging
• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing, and understanding of audience segmentation and regional trends
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills with teams, clients and creators
