About the role
This position provides dedicated administrative and secretarial support to a Vice President or President. The role involves a blend of clerical duties, receptionist responsibilities, and project‑based tasks across various functions such as Procurement or Engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing reception duties.
- Support specific departmental functions (e.g., Procurement, Engineering) with tailored administrative assistance.
- Assist the executive with problem‑solving activities and recognition initiatives as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
