AGE Supervisor – Production Operations

About the role

The AGE Supervisor leads production operations within the AGE shop, collaborating with the AGE Superintendent to achieve USAF and Amentum performance objectives. The role oversees Lead AGE Mechanics, ensures compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards, and maintains a safe, efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production efforts of Lead AGE Mechanics.
• Train personnel on AGE department programs and equipment.
• Inspect operations, troubleshoot, and oversee repairs.
• Prepare documentation, performance evaluations, and reports on production and man‑hour utilization.
• Conduct departmental inspections, audits, and HAZMAT document reviews.
• Develop quality‑assurance standards and provide feedback to staff.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Perform duties of the AGE Superintendent in their absence.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid home‑country driver’s license and ability to obtain a host‑nation license.
• Proficiency with personal computers, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of military or civilian maintenance systems and quality‑assurance processes.
• Ability to repair and maintain gasoline, diesel, and gas‑turbine engines.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic wiring diagrams and schematics.
