About the role
The Assistant Manager – Outlet will support the smooth and efficient operation of a food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to Hyatt brand standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- 2‑3 years of supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in an international hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards and health & safety regulations.
- Financial acumen with experience in cost control, budgeting and revenue management.
- Ability to lead multicultural teams in a fast‑paced environment.
