About the role
Leaders Training Centre is seeking an Assistant Trainer in Accounting & Finance to support the delivery of professional accounting programmes for international students in Doha. The role focuses on assisting with ACCA and CMA course delivery and helping candidates prepare for examinations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior trainers in delivering ACCA and CMA curriculum.
- Prepare and conduct tutorial sessions, workshops and exam practice sessions.
- Provide one‑to‑one coaching to students on technical accounting concepts.
- Develop and update learning materials and presentation slides.
- Engage with international students to ensure clear understanding of course content.
- Support administrative tasks related to course scheduling and exam coordination.
Required profile
- Qualified ACCA, CMA or CPA.
- 2–3 years of experience in teaching, training or coaching finance subjects.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Professional and presentable attitude.
- Preference for candidates currently residing in Qatar.
