Banqueting Driver

About the role

The Banqueting Driver supports St. Regis hotel operations by transporting laundry, commissary items and equipment between properties using a dedicated truck. The role ensures vehicles are clean, safe and ready for service while providing reliable logistical support.

Key responsibilities

• Pick‑up and drop‑off laundry, commissary products and equipment at other properties.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness, secure keys, and park in designated locations.
• Document all trips before departure and upon completion.
• Check tire pressure and fluid levels, and perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Follow all safety and security policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and adhere to uniform standards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with quality‑assurance standards and perform visual inspections of tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, climb stairs or ramps, and work on uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Read and interpret small‑print information and visual cues.
• No specific education or prior experience required.
