Bell Host – Premium Passenger Service at Hamad Airport

About the role

Join Qatar Airways Hub Customer Services Team as a Bell Host, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for premium passengers at Hamad International Airport. You will be the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome and seamless assistance from curbside to check‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet premium QR passengers at the curbside and provide porter assistance.
• Assist with manual transportation of luggage to check‑in counters and place luggage on scales.
• Support customer service agents during check‑in, affix baggage tags, and ensure accurate handling.
• Provide courteous service to all passengers, with special care for specially‑abled travelers.
• Operate safely and in an environmentally friendly manner, complying with safety, security, and data protection policies.
• Respond to emergencies or operational disruptions as directed by management.

Required profile

• High School Certificate, Diploma, vocational qualification or equivalent with at least 1 year relevant experience.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills with good command of English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Physical ability to handle luggage and perform active duties.
• Preferred: previous Bell Host or hospitality experience and knowledge of Arabic.
