About the role
We are looking for a Bellman to join the Front Office team at Fairmont Doha, a luxury hotel located in Katara Towers, Lusail. The Bellman ensures a warm and seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests, handling luggage and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with luggage transportation, storage, and safe handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities.
- Provide accurate information on hotel services, dining outlets, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
- Uphold Fairmont brand standards and contribute to a luxury hospitality environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest safety.
