Business Analyst - Cash Management (Treasury)

About the role

Nair Systems is recruiting a Business Analyst for its Qatar operations, focused on Cash Management and Treasury. The role sits within a global transaction banking and cash management business and covers mandate growth, product programs, reporting and governance. Joining time frame is 2 weeks, maximum 1 month.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Treasury Services, Business Analytics or Business Analysis.
• Experience with business analysis, MIS reporting, strategic initiatives, process improvement or product implementation projects.
• Exposure to multinational corporate banking, transaction banking or cash management is preferred; regional or international banking experience is an advantage.
• Experience preparing management reports, business cases, dashboards and performance analyses.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with ability to analyse large datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent Excel, Power BI, Tableau or data visualization skills.
• Process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of Transaction Banking and Cash Management products, and familiarity with payments, collections, deposits and liquidity solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
