Business Analyst - Sales Coverage & Coverage Model

About the role

An experienced Business Analyst is sought to support sales coverage and client management transformation initiatives within Corporate and Institutional Banking. The role covers analysing client portfolios, improving coverage models, documenting business requirements and developing data-driven insights to strengthen client engagement, cross-selling opportunities and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client portfolios, sales coverage effectiveness, revenue performance and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support the design and improvement of sales coverage models, client management processes and operating frameworks.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements, process maps, user stories and functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and management reports to support business decisions.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to boost operational efficiency and relationship management.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Corporate Banking teams, Product, IT, Data and Transformation stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of process enhancements while complying with banking policies, risk controls and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, IT or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Banking, Strategy, Transformation or Operating Model initiatives; the advert also states 12+ years of experience.
• Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management and process improvement.
• Exposure to Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Wholesale Banking or Transaction Banking.
• Understanding of client coverage models, relationship management, revenue analytics and cross-selling performance.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with JIRA, Visio and Figma.
• Data visualization tools.
