Business Development Manager – Energy Services

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive sales growth for Proserv’s topside controls business in Qatar, focusing on oil & gas and marine clients. You will support the Line Manager in daily operations, profitability, and business development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Service Sales Strategy with the Sales Director and Country Manager.
• Manage CRM and sales opportunity trackers, ensuring clear targets and actions.
• Create and maintain key customer account plans across relevant departments.
• Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with major oil & gas end‑users and contractors.
• Prepare techno‑commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and follow up quotations to secure projects.
• Collaborate with order management to ensure smooth project delivery and resolve obstacles.
• Conduct market studies, track competitor activity, and report trends.

Required profile

• Minimum six years of experience selling to major oil & gas end‑users, contractors, or drilling companies in the region.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets, preferably in pressure control systems.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management, organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
