Business Unit Manager – Corporate Leasing & Mobility

About the role

Swan Global is launching a dedicated Corporate Leasing & Mobility Business Unit in Qatar and is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial leader to establish, lead and scale this strategic vertical. The role carries end‑to‑end responsibility for strategy, business development, sales, operations and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall growth and profitability of the Corporate Leasing & Mobility Business Unit.
• Develop and execute the business strategy and go‑to‑market plan.
• Secure long‑term corporate leasing and fleet management contracts through business development and tender management.
• Build strong relationships with government, semi‑government and private sector organisations.
• Oversee fleet procurement, financing, registration, insurance, maintenance and asset lifecycle management.
• Recruit, develop and lead high‑performing sales, operations and customer service teams.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPI‑driven performance management systems and manage the unit’s P&L, budgets and forecasts.
• Form strategic partnerships with financial institutions, vehicle suppliers and insurance providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Management or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the vehicle rental and leasing industry, with at least 5‑8 years in Qatar.
• Proven track record of building, managing or scaling a vehicle leasing or mobility business.
• Strong business development, sales and commercial leadership experience.
• Demonstrated profit & loss ownership and overall business management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Qatar’s corporate vehicle leasing market and fleet financing.
• Experience with government and private sector tendering and procurement processes.
