Civil Foreman

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Civil Foreman in Doha to supervise daily civil construction activities on site. The position covers excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry and finishing works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities, including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry and finishing works.
• Allocate manpower, materials and equipment to meet project schedules and daily targets.
• Read approved drawings and ensure work complies with specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and other trades to resolve site issues and arrange inspections.
• Enforce safety procedures, monitor progress and maintain daily site records.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Civil Foreman on construction projects.
• ITI, Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant construction trade qualification preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise workers and coordinate multiple site activities.

Required skills

• Strong practical knowledge of civil works, construction methods and materials.
• Ability to interpret drawings, take site measurements and estimate material requirements.
• Good understanding of construction safety, quality standards and progress reporting.
