Civil Supervisor – Brownfield EPC Retrofit

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our Brownfield EPC retrofit projects at Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar. The role involves overseeing civil construction activities in live oil & gas facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings, quality and HSE standards.
• Coordinate site work with construction, engineering, QA/QC and client teams to meet project schedules and milestones.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors and resources, conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues.
• Ensure adherence to permit‑to‑work procedures in operating facilities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 8‑10 years of oil & gas civil construction experience, specifically in brownfield EPC retrofit/modification projects.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements in live operating plants.
• Experience working in GCC/Qatar is an advantage.
