Construction Project Management & Engineering Roles in Qatar

About the role

Construction Engineering Trading Co. W.L.L. is expanding its team for ongoing construction projects in Qatar. The company seeks experienced professionals for several key positions: Project Manager, Civil Site Engineer, QA/QC Engineer – Civil, Quantity Surveyor, and Draftsman (CAD). Successful candidates will join multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction projects, managing timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams (Project Manager).
• Oversee daily site activities, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications (Civil Site Engineer).
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, manage ITPs, NCRs, and conduct site inspections (QA/QC Engineer).
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, variation orders, and administer contracts (Quantity Surveyor).
• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software for construction and interior layouts (Draftsman).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, civil engineering, or quantity surveying (as applicable).
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the construction field, with at least 5 years in a management role for Project Manager.
• PMP certification required for Project Manager role.
• Hands‑on site management experience for civil engineering positions.
• Proven experience in construction QA/QC, cost estimation, or technical drafting, depending on the role.
