Construction Superintendent – Piping

About the role

The Construction Superintendent (Piping) will lead the planning, fabrication and erection of piping systems for offshore topsides projects. The role ensures safe, high‑quality delivery while meeting schedule, HSE and cost objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage piping fabrication and installation for offshore structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Supervise contractor/sub‑contractor activities across fabrication, mechanical completion, pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.
• Review and control deviations from LNG construction standards, maintaining a consistent documentation dossier.
• Identify progress or quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote a safe working environment through toolbox talks, risk assessments and site visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in large offshore topsides or living‑quarters piping supervision.
• Experience with multinational teams and exotic piping materials such as GRE and carbon steel.
• Proven track record in construction safety and quality results.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle site problems.
